For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

To register and maintain an active account on 898com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 898com strictly prohibits access to its services by any person under the age of 21. Age verification is enforced through the KYC process described in Clause 4.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. 898com's services are designed and operated specifically for the Indonesian market. Members located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable local regulations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under any form of legal guardianship, court order, or other restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not permitted to use the platform.
• Mental Competency: You must not be suffering from a gambling disorder, addiction, or any mental health condition that impairs your ability to make rational betting decisions at the time you use the platform.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on 898com at any time. Opening duplicate accounts, whether in the same name or a different name, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be under a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily set through 898com's responsible gaming tools or imposed by the platform following a breach of these Terms.

To access 898com's full range of services, you must create a Member account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration information. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Accuracy of Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) number, mobile phone number, and a valid email address during registration. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account password. 898com strongly recommends using a unique password of at least 12 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 898com support immediately at [email protected].
• One Account Per Person: Each natural person is permitted to hold one account only. One account per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies. 898com reserves the right to link accounts by shared identifiers and treat them as duplicate accounts.
• Account Closure by Member: You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method following completion of KYC verification.
• Suspension by 898com: 898com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, connected to a prohibited jurisdiction, or used in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

898com is committed to preventing money laundering, fraud, underage gambling, and unauthorized account use. To this end, all Members are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal request. The following documents may be required:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk). The document must be valid, unobscured, and must match the name and date of birth provided during registration.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the last 3 months, showing your name and Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: For bank transfer withdrawals, a screenshot or photo of your bank account summary page (masking all but the last 4 digits of the account number) confirming that the withdrawal account belongs to you. For e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), a screenshot confirming account ownership and registration name.
• Selfie Verification: In certain cases, 898com may request a live selfie photograph alongside your KTP document to confirm identity. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing.

898com will process KYC submissions within 24 hours on business days. Members who fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of their first withdrawal request may have their account reviewed for compliance. All KYC documents are stored securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Deposits

898com accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP; and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and debit/credit cards issued under the Visa and Mastercard networks.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (exact minimum varies by payment method — refer to the deposit page for current limits).
• Deposits are credited to your account within 3–10 minutes of confirmed receipt. Delays beyond this window should be reported to customer support with the relevant transaction reference number.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether bank transfers or e-wallets — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• 898com does not charge deposit processing fees. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's sole responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification (see Clause 4). The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 500.000.000 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limit: Rp 1.000.000.000.
• The target processing time is within 15 minutes for standard withdrawal requests. In cases requiring additional verification, 898com maintains a maximum SLA of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals are processed only to accounts held in the Member's verified legal name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, whether bank accounts or e-wallets registered to another person, will be declined.
• Bonus Balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money Balance that has cleared all wagering conditions is eligible for withdrawal processing.
• 898com reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation for any withdrawal request that triggers internal risk or compliance thresholds, regardless of whether a Member has previously completed KYC.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows or Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August) may experience processing delays. 898com will notify Members of any planned maintenance via the platform's announcement system.

898com offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by its associated terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 30x). The wagering requirement specifies the total bet volume that must be completed before any Bonus Balance or winnings derived from Bonus Balance can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable multiplier for each bonus is disclosed clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets on settled markets typically contribute 100%. Slot games may contribute between 50%–100% depending on the title. Live casino table games, including Teen Patti and baccarat, typically contribute 10%–20%. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) bets may contribute at a reduced rate. The exact contribution schedule for each bonus offer is disclosed in the bonus-specific terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry period beginning from the date of award. Bonus Balance and any associated wagering progress that has not been completed by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated clearly in each bonus offer.
• Minimum Odds / Bet Type Restrictions: Some bonuses, particularly sportsbook-related promotions, require qualifying bets to meet a minimum odds threshold (e.g., Asian handicap odds of -1.0 or greater) or restrict bet types (e.g., mix parlay accumulators only). These restrictions are stated in the bonus terms and are enforced automatically by the platform.
• One Bonus Per Member: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional bonuses are limited to one per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts or shared payment credentials will be treated as fraud under Clause 8.
• Bonus Modification or Withdrawal: 898com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn after a Member has partially completed the wagering requirement, the Member retains the right to complete the wagering on the portion already credited.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money without meeting the applicable wagering requirements. Bonus Balance cannot be transferred between accounts.

The following general rules apply to all bets and games on 898com. Game-specific rules are published in each game's information panel within the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when a unique bet reference number is issued by the system. Bets displayed as "pending" without a confirmed reference number have not been accepted and will not be settled.
• Odds at Time of Placement: Sportsbook bets are settled at the odds displayed at the exact time the bet was accepted by the system, not at any subsequently updated odds. For in-play (bandar bola — live betting market) bets, odds are subject to real-time fluctuation and may differ from the odds shown at the moment you initiated the bet if a delay occurred between initiation and confirmation.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant result is determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's wallet, unless specific game rules state otherwise.
• Void Bets: 898com reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, technical fault, or data feed error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's wallet in full.
• Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per 24-hour period apply to all game categories. Specific limits are published in the platform's betting rules section. 898com will honour winnings up to the stated maximum payout limit; any winnings exceeding the cap will be reduced to the applicable maximum.
• RNG Games: All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games — including slots, virtual sports, and instant-win games — use certified RNG systems independently audited for fairness. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published in each game's information panel.
• Togel Draws: Togel draws are sourced from official draw results published by the relevant pool operators (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau). Results are published on the platform immediately after the official draw is complete. Disputes regarding draw results must be submitted within 24 hours of result publication.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) operated by certified dealers. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand, the round will be settled based on the final outcome as recorded by the studio's server logs. Reconnection issues on the Member's side do not constitute grounds for a bet void unless the studio's server also recorded a game interruption.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 898com and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, shared payment methods, or coordinated group play to circumvent bonus restrictions.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing money with no genuine intention to place bets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity that seeks to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or game for financial gain.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other IP masking tools to circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 898com staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the 898com platform — including but not limited to the 898com brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 898com or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe, among others).

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment betting and gaming activities. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the platform without prior written consent from 898com.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any platform software or game engine.

By registering an account, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is stored on servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and access-controlled infrastructure.
• Data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, deliver customer support, and comply with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations.
• 898com does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Members have the right to request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, and in certain circumstances, deletion of data, subject to legal retention obligations.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum allowable net losses over a defined period. Once the loss limit is reached, betting activity is paused for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that appear at set intervals (e.g., every 60 minutes) to remind you of the time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.

898com expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any other indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or circumstances outside 898com's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to a Member's account where the Member has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any third-party content, services, or products linked to or referenced from the 898com platform.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions, which are provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms limits 898com's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

898com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 898com will notify Members by displaying a prominent notice on the platform's homepage and, where operationally practicable, by sending a notification to the Member's registered email address.

The effective date of the updated Terms will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.

898com recommends that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations. The version of the Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, as applied by the jurisdiction in which 898com is incorporated and licensed to operate.

898com operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. Its services are made accessible to Indonesian residents in recognition of demand within that market. Indonesian Members acknowledge that they access the platform voluntarily and at their own discretion, and that 898com does not represent or warrant that use of its services is lawful under the laws of any specific local jurisdiction.

Any dispute between a Member and 898com that cannot be resolved through the customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body selected by 898com. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
